Absolutely. Many of our guests are Erasmus students, interns or on postgraduate programmes. Flexible stays from 1 month make it easy to plan around any duration.
The Carabanchel Episode is well connected to the main Madrid campuses via metro (lines 3 and 5) and public transport. Complutense, Universidad Europea, Alfonso X El Sabio and Carlos III are all easily accessible.
A refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s rate is required at the time of booking. This is returned at the end of your stay, provided the unit is in good condition.
Yes. You choose your dates when you book. The stay adapts to your academic calendar.
You can book from 1 month. For the academic year we recommend a stay of 9 to 10 months, from September to June.
The maximum occupancy depends on the location. At The Carabanchel Episode is 1 or 2 people depending on the room. This limit applies to all guests, including children. If you are 3 or more people, it will be necessary to book two or more units to ensure comfort and comply with our regulations.
We do launch few promotions every year. We invite you to visit the page of the location you’re interested in to access to all details and check if they are active promotions.
Digital and recurring payment methods are used. If you’re staying for a few nights, payment is in advance. For stays longer than 30 nights, a recurring payment is set up.
Standard payment methods include digital or recurring payments. Up to 30 nigts are paid in advance; for longer stays, recurring payment is arranged. Most bookings are made and paid for online.
Yes. If you’re happy and want to extend your stay, just contact our team and they’ll take care of everything.
Sure! We issue invoices to both individuals and businesses. You just need to provide your tax information.
Units are equipped with a fridge and essential appliances, but do not have a full kitchen. The Carabanchel Episode has a canteen where you can grab a meal or a drink whenever you need it.
No. Episode’s philosophy is ‘just bring your suitcase’. The units are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy from day one.
Yes. All units have adjustable climate control (air conditioning and heating).
Every floor has washing machines and dryers available to all guests. Everything is managed through an app.
Yes, we are open 24/7.
Stardard cleaning service is provided for rooms and also the change of linens. This is included in the price. Additional cleaning services are available upon request and can be charged as an extra service at reception or through the app.
Yes. The room has its own password-protected Wi-Fi network. Wi-Fi is included in the rate and available throughout the building.
Parking is available at The Carabanchel Episode for an additional fee. You can request a parking spot when booking or contact our team for more information.
Pets are not allowed at The Carabanchel Episode, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.
